advised organisations across sectors including infrastructure, energy, aerospace,
telecommunications, real estate, and manufacturing.
He is particularly recognised for his expertise in tax representation matters and complex project
financing assignments.
A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, he has also served as the
Secretary and Treasurer of the Bengaluru Branch of ICAI.

Chetan Kumar brings over two decades of experience in audit, accounting, taxation, and corporate
finance advisory services.
His professional expertise includes GST advisory, financial compliance, accounting systems,
governance support, and business advisory services. He has advised clients across manufacturing,
finance, hospitality, construction, engineering, and technology sectors, including multinational
organisations and banking institutions.
He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds Certification
in Information Systems Audit from ICAI and ISACA.
