He is a Fellow Member of ICAI and past Secretary & Treasurer of ICAI, Bengaluru Branch.

Clients handled include Airbus Group, GVR Group, Aravali Energy, Kalyani Group, Bagmane Group, Tulip telecom, TRX and BCD

Ritesh is the founder partner and has 20+ years of experience in audit and advisory roles.
He specializes in offering CFO services to organisations, Corporate Finance and in working on Government Projects.

Ritesh has a vast experience of managing businesses across industries and also provides strategic and financial guidance for companies to meet their financial commitments. He has played an instrumental role in raising Series A and Series B.
He is a Fellow Member of ICAI.

Chetan has more than 20 + years of experience in audit, book keeping, taxation and Corporate Finance. His experience and clients span includes several large manufacturing and service industries. He has worked with clients from Finance, Hospitality, Construction, Engineering, IT and ITES. He specialises in GST.

He is a Fellow Member of ICAI and holds Certifications in Information Systems Audit from ICAI and ISACA.
